    At No Knees Yoga, we specialize in practices that help you strengthen and stretch your body without putting pressure on your knees.

    My unique approach is designed for those who want a safe and effective yoga practice, no matter their level of experience.

    After a cycling accident left my knee swollen, sore and unable to put direct pressure on my kneecap, I started looking for yoga practices that didn't have my knees on the mat. I didn't find any, so I created my own!

    Now I'm sharing it with you!

    Here you'll find a range of classes to support and strengthen all the areas around and connected to your knees. These can help you build stability and enhance basic range of motion.
