No. This is a full standing and floor practice with strength, mobility, and yes -- you'll sweat. Modifications are always available but this is not a seated class.
Yes. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You just need a body and the desire to keep moving.
A yoga mat is great. A chair, blocks, or a strap can help, but you can absolutely start with what you already have.
Nope. Chanting isn't my jam, but if it is yours, go ahead as long as you are muted. :-)
