Stiff knees, hips, or low back after sitting too long
Feeling wobbly going up stairs or walking downhill
Tight hips and legs that never seem to loosen up
You keep tweaking your knee or back and don’t know what to do
You want to stay active… but your body feels like it has other plans

Feel stronger and more stable on stairs, hikes, and everyday movement
Build strength + mobility without irritating your knees
Wake up with less stiffness and more confidence to move
Stretch out tight hips and legs in a way that actually feels good
Trust your body again—because you’re moving smarter, not harder
Have a go-to practice that supports your joints (and your peace of mind)
Know exactly what to do when your knees (or back or hips) start acting up
Feel sweaty, calm, and proud of yourself when class ends

"If you miss a session, or find a favorite, you can always go back and watch the recording too."
Totally fine. Live is optional and replays are included so you can practice anytime.
No knees on the mat. Ever.
No. But I include plenty of standing, seated, and floor options (with modifications), and you’ll always be guided to choose what feels best
Yes. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You just need a body.
A yoga mat is great. A chair, blocks, or a strap can help, but you can absolutely start with what you already have.
Nope. Chanting isn't my jam, but if it is yours, go ahead as long as you are muted. :-)
